Victory Tractor Implements is all about standard land maintenance and agricultural equipment in about 48 states. Keeping customers interest at its heart, the company sources every product from its factory without involving any middle man throughout the process of purchase & delivery.

Having its warehouse in California, the company has a wide inventory of durable spare parts that make farming a smooth & quick task rather than a tedious one.


Client's Expectations

Certain expectations were in client’s mind while collaborating with us. An e-commerce site that’s dynamic, customer-friendly, fully-functional, organized and decent were the major prerequisites. Secure transaction of payments and getting product order details in the email were some more hopes by the client. An SEO-friendly website was needed too. Then dashboard for the admin and users was created where users can manage their orders, billing details and shipment details; whereas, admin was provided CMS of the website along with the billing, product and order management system. Client was also interested to have review management system.



A secure plus easy-to-use payment gateway was an important requirement to provide an effortless online shopping experience to the customers.

Functionalities like tracking the product order, review management system and payment gateways (PayPal and Authorize.Net) were tricky to integrate.


Strategy & Approach

Distinguishing feature of an online store is that it adds products as well as remove products with time. Admin was granted the access to easily modify the website content using the CMS. Then a tracking feature of customers order reports was also built.

To assure admin is able to stay updated with product reviews, a review management system was worked upon which made it easy to approve and disapprove reviews from the customers. For direct communication & transparency, ‘message’ feature was provided to attend & respond to the questions and concerns of the buyers.

Coming to the end, Gate Lift Needed service during product delivery was enabled during the checkout. Using this feature or not was kept optional for the buyers.
